Ball & Albanese met in California, where their first collaboration was a video project that was broadcast on television as part of a local film/video festival. Since then, they have collaborated on many visual projects, both moving and still. Their growing list of clients includes Condé Nast Traveller UK, Travel + Leisure, Manhattan Magazine, AirTran Airways GO, and The Australian Financial Review Magazine. They were selected by Photo District News (PDN) as one of 30 new and emerging photographers to watch for 2009.

Wendy Ball graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in art and photography. She has over six years of experience as a photo editor at Travel + Leisure magazine. Her work as a photo editor 
has been recognized by The Society of Publication Designers (SPD), Photo District News (PDN), and Communication Arts.

Dara Albanese began her career as an arts and entertainment writer/photographer. Her photography has been included in group shows at P.S. 122 Gallery in New York City and The Painted Bride Art Center in Philadelphia. She earned a Master of Fine Arts in filmmaking from Columbia University's School of the Arts and also holds undergraduate degrees in journalism and political science.
